Create a content strategy focused on Australian SMBs to help them navigate digital marketing using journalistic and digital marketing experts.


  • Lead generation to bolster Sensis small business audience with amplification across SmartCompany networks.
  • Content creation including educational articles, infographics and short email course tailored to the key pillars of good digital marketing practice. Developed and provided over a three-year period across Sensis channels including a newsletter to 290,000 Australian small businesses, social media platforms, customer emails and events.


During this period social media communities on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter grew by 184.2% while customer acquisition and retention improved markedly through leads nurtured with content.
