This program included:

- Articles, infographics and short email course used over a three-year period in channels such as SME newsletter to nearly 290,000 nationwide Australian small businesses, social media platforms, customer emails and events.
During this period social media communities on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter grew by 184.2% while customer acquisition and retention improved markedly through leads nurtured with content.
